Booking party takes responsibility for the behavior of everyone in their group.

• Please run the dishwasher at the end of your stay
• Don't eat in the bedrooms
• Don't wear shoes inside
• Please take care of furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.

Respect check-in (3pm) and check-out (10am) times

• 30 minutes beyond check-out time will result in $150 late check-out fee
• 2hrs beyond check-out time will result in additional night booking fee

$500 additional fee will be added if any of the following rules are violated and your stay may be terminated immediately without refund

• NO parties
• NO unregistered guests, anyone present at the home that is not included in reservation will result in loss of security deposit and additional $100 penalty per person/per night.
• NO smoking or vaping (inside or outside of home)
• NO illicit substances
• NO pets
• NO tampering with or turning off outdoor cameras or doorbell camera
• QUIET hours 10pm-8am
• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old
